About this project
Society SoCo plants a lively, amenity-rich residence just off South Congress, embracing the eclectic spirit of one of Austin's best-known streets.
Playful graphics, warm timber ceilings and a resort-style pool deck turn the shared spaces into an extension of the neighborhood.
The design balances density and delight, giving residents a genuine sense of place at the heart of SoCo.
