Villas on 24th delivers dense, design-forward student living steps from the University of Texas, with a patterned facade that gives West Campus a new landmark.
Generous amenity floors, study lounges and social spaces are woven through the tower, balancing high-density living with light, comfort and community.
The project swept both development and architecture honors at the Interface Student Housing Conference, earning national recognition.
